主讲人简介：

张振华，山东泰安人，兰州大学威廉希尔青年研究员，主要研究领域为资源环境治理、能源环境经济、公共政策评估。在Journal of Environmental Management、Energy Economics、Resources Policy、Socio-Economic Planning Sciences、Humanities and Social Sciences Communications、Environmental Research、Petroleum Science、Journal of Environmental Planning and Management、《科学学研究》《中国人口·资源与环境》《管理科学学报》《系统工程理论与实践》和《中国管理科学》等国内外高水平学术期刊发表论文30余篇。获得ESI热点论文（Top 0.1%）2篇/次、ESI高被引论文（Top 1%）5篇/次等。主持国家自然科学基金青年科学基金项目、“双碳”计划战略发展专项、“双一流”引导专项、国家留学基金委青年骨干教师出国研修项目、教育部“春晖计划”合作科研项目、国家留学基金委公派留学项目等10余项。担任Journal of Environmental Planning and Management、Land等SSCI期刊的客座主编、Heliyon顾问委员会成员，中国系统工程学会青年工作委员会的委员等。

报告摘要：The new energy demonstration city (NEDC) policy is a key measure for China to grasp the law of new energy development, while new energy enterprises (NEE) are the micro foundation to promote the rapid development of green energy industry. Based on the green patent application data of A-share listed companies in Shanghai and Shenzhen from 2011 to 2019, this paper uses the Difference-in-Difference-in-Differences model to investigate the impact of NEDC policy on the green technology innovation (GTI) of NEE. The findings not only have practical significance for strengthening green technology innovation through new energy policy in China, but also give important references for other developing countries.
